In August, a band of intrepid volunteers journeyed to the High Desert to finish our new community space!  Foreman Darin Milliken, David and Tamara Milliken, and nine of their young mentees from the Hutton Settlement in Spokane installed a cistern; provided, insulated, painted and nearly finished a new 10×20 building, and performed dozens of related tasks.  Work remains to be done; when finished, it will provide space for meals and meal preparation, as well as a bathroom.  This is a great leap forward for Open Sky!

Kudos and inexpressible thanks to these donors and the brave young people who camped in the desert for several days to make this project a reality!  More photos to come.
